Thank you for your order.

By placing an order you agree with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement and we suggest that you take a few minutes to print and keep these documents for future reference.

The following is for guidance only and does not affect our Terms and Conditions.

1. Delivery of your order
The expected delivery time of each product can be found on the products web page, just underneath the 'Add to Cart' button.

Deliveries are made weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and typically during the hours of 7.00am to 8.00pm.

Deliveries are usually to kerb-side only and consideration should be given to the size and weight of products prior to ordering.

Buildings which have been ordered with installation can sometimes have an extended delivery time. If the delivery time is an important issue for you please contact us before ordering

2. Installation
If you are having your building installed independently it is advisable to wait until you have been notified of your delivery date by the carriers before booking this work. 

3. If you are not happy with your order
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and any damages or missing parts should be reported within 5 working days of delivery to Taylors Garden Buildings on 01604 780350 or by email to info@taylorsgardenbuildings.co.uk and we may request photographic evidence of the condition of the damage or faulty item. 

4. Cancellation of your order
In line with distance selling regulations you have limited period of time after the date of delivery within which time you may cancel your order, with the exception of goods that have been made to your own specification. 

5. Planning Permission
Whilst we offer general guidance on Planning Permission it is your responsibly to ensure that you have adequate planning for your building and we recommend that you check with your Local Authority with regard to potential building regulations.

Full plans for all our buildings are available on request to enable to you check dimensions and product specification. 

6. Base Requirements
When purchasing a garden building it is essential that a straight, level and square base is created for your building to sit on and we recommend that you view our Guide on Laying a Base. If you have any concerns about your base please contact us.
