Elite Garden Rooms, bespoke garden buildings hand made to order by an experienced production team, summerhouse with insulation.

The multiple layers of insulation mean the buildings are comfortable all year round and a great alternative to an extension or a conservatory giving you the extra space to your property and normally at a lower price.

Elite Garden Rooms can be used for a wide range of purposes some of our customers have used their Elite Garden Room as a home office, a garden studio, a home gym, a playroom and even therapy rooms the limit for use is only your imagination.

Standard features for the Elite Garden Rooms include:-

Bespoke Garden Room made to measure in sizes that suit your requirements; Fully insulated roof and walls - The floor insulation is an optional extra; Reflective air-tight membrane on internal wall and breathable membrane on outer walls; All buildings are internally cladded with primed MDF ready to be painted in your colour of choice; Choice of 5 colours of UPVC (double glazed); Choice of felt tile colours; EPDM synthetic rubber roofing on the Dalbury and Huntington; All prices include delivery and installation (mainland England).

Optional Upgrades include:-

Cedar cladding or Composite board for low maintenance; Underfloor insulation; Internal 12mm tongue and groove vertical match boarding; Choice of laminate floor (Light Brown, Dark Brown, Grey); Choice of external paint (Eighteen pastel colours); Bearers to raise the building and improve ventilation; Black guttering; Canopy (on selected buildings); Internal/external partition on selected buildings; Integral Blinds for most Windows and Doors.
