I had a couple of questions I needed answers to before ordering - responses came back very quickly by e mail. I was away on holiday when the shed was delivered and I had left a mobile no. to be used before delivery but you called on my home no. to say the shed would be delivered next day - fortunately you were able to leave the shed in my garden and get a neighbout to sign for it, otherwise it would have been a wasted journey for you. Also no instructions were left with the shed but they were quickly supplied by e mail when requested, so overall I think Taylors' service rates as very good and I would use you again.
