A Pentagonal summerhouse in the "Fifth Avenue" style from Lugarde.

This building is particularly suitable for use as a entertainment room or as a garden office.

Standard features:

• 4 tilt and turn windows PE47T with double glazing.
• Double door PE45T with double glazing
• 44mm wall thickness
• Roof shingles available in five colours
• Brass ball, Chrome ball or weathervane finial.

Many people prefer to use decking or tiles as a floor therefore this building is supplied without flooring, this is available as an accessory.

Please Note: These buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed.  We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
