Base building prices start from £3995, you must then add doors windows and other considered options, all priced separately. Orders will not be processed until all options have been discussed and confirmed in writing.

The Dalbury comes standard with a long-lasting EPDM rubber roof. In addition, the Dalbury also conforms to suit most height planning regulations; however, it is always advisable if there is any doubt then you should check with your local authority.

Standard features include:-

• Roofing - EPDM firestone rubber roofing one sheet system mechanically attached. 
• External Cladding - Factory spray painted 12mm shiplap tongue and groove 
• Air Gap - 12mm air gap between external cladding and external lining. 
• External Lining - High quality breather membrane 
• Framing - Minimum 2” x 2” (44x44mm) planed 
• Insulation - 50mm Mineral wool insulation 
• Internal Cladding - 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board 
• Floor - 8mm laminated flooring with 3mm underlay

Optional Upgrades include:-

• UPVC Doors - Single, Single plus side panel, 4’ Double, 5’ Double, 2.4m sliders, 3m sliders and 3.6m sliders.
• Aluminium Doors - Single Glazed, 4’ Double, 5’ Double, 3m, 4m and 5m Bi-folds. 
• Aluminium Windows - Please see separate sheet. 
• Glazing - Frosted glass, Georgian bars, and Integrated blinds on selected windows and doors. 
• Roof Windows- Roof lantern and Flat roof light. 
• Guttering - Black or white guttering with down pipe. 
• Canopy - Overhead canopy and back panel, with an option to have a full side return or half return. 
• Verandah - Verandah with side wings and no floor available in 2’ and 4’ available on 8’ gable and above. 
• Concealed Nailing - No visible nail holes on the cladding. 
• Internal Cladding - 12mm Vertical tongue and groove matchboard 
• Partitions - Internal partition to create two separate rooms
•  Insulated Floor- 40mm Sheet insulation 
• Bearers - 3” x 3” Tanalised timber bearers 
• Plinth Kit - 105mm Plinth to cover the bearers. 
• Decked Area - 44mm x 44mm tanalised frame with 24mm Black composite decking.
