The 7 x 5 Double Storey Playhouses offers a charming, two storey cottage inspired playhouse in which your children can have fun, play and let their imaginations run wild! Featuring a minimum 12mm finger gap around the door, rounded timbers and ventilation holes, our playhouses are EN71 certified and UKCA Marked, to ensure they’re safe for your children to play with every day.

Made in the UK, using sustainably sourced timber, this playhouse is constructed using quality materials to ensure a strong and weatherproof build. The walls of this playhouse are constructed using premium horizontal interlocking tongue and groove boards with a shiplap profile. The shiplap profile includes a protective and aesthetically pleasing lip to create a strong, weatherproof panel. Complete with thick wooden framing to support the cladding internally, this building offers a rigid and long-lasting structure. The floor and roof of this playhouse are also comprised of heavy-duty tongue and groove boards. Meaning your little ones' playhouse can comfortably withstand daily fun with ease.

Robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions and our manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure a simple and stress free assembly process. All of our buildings come with an Anti-rot guarantee, to ensure your garden building looks great and lasts the test of time, this building in particular comes with a conditional 10 year Anti-rot guarantee as well as a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Annual re-treatment is required to maintain your building and the Anti-rot guarantee. Suitable for children aged 36 months+.

Please note that for delivery the following is required; The address must be on a made up (tarmac road) A lorry must be able to park within 6 metres (20ft) of the property. For larger items the road must be at least two lorry widths wide and there must be enough room for a 25ft x 7.5ft lorry to be unloaded. There must be enough room on the road for lorry access.
