The Mercia 13 x 9 Corner Summerhouse with Side Shed is a stylish and practical garden building, perfect for those looking to extend their living space into the garden. We manufacture this wooden summerhouse here in the UK, using FSC® certified timber - so you can be confident in the quality of your new garden building. The walls are constructed using 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove cladding to form strong, hardwearing and weather resistant panels. Heavy-duty tongue and groove boards are used to construct the roof and floor, for a strong and heavy-duty finish. The roof is covered with high grade mineral felt for added weatherproof protection. Complete with thick wooden framing to support the cladding internally, this building offers a rigid and long-lasting structure.

Robust fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure a simple and stress free assembly. This building comes with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee, alongside a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Preservative and waterproof treatment is required to maintain your building and the anti rot guarantee. You must construct this garden building on a firm and level base.
