Panel assembly and apex roof

The building is delivered in pre-constructed panels that slot together to simplify assembly. Its apex roof provides additional headroom towards the centre and allows rainwater to run off.

No floor is supplied, so plan the base and storage surface before installation. The existing product information lists the steel thickness as 1mm.

The listed wind resistance is up to 147km/h when the building is anchored to the ground. Follow the manufacturer’s installation and anchoring requirements and check the conditions applying to this rating before relying on it for an exposed location.

Delivery access requirements

The delivery address must be on a made-up (tarmac) road, and the lorry must be able to park within 6 metres (20ft) of the property.

For larger items, the road must be at least two lorry widths wide, with sufficient space for a 25ft x 7.5ft lorry to access the property and unload.
