The Lugarde Prima Victoria with built-in canopy measuring 2.4m x 6.6m (7'9 x 21'7). For those seeking a contemporary garden building, a style created by the flat roof design,  the Victoria offers a versatile area for use as a garden office, art studio or additional living space. The built-in canopy provides the perfect location for outdoor furniture, offering a shaded retreat from the summer sun.

The Prima Victoria features two sets of double doors with cross bars and two top hung windows, both of which are double glazed. Manufactured from top quality Northern European pine from renewable resources. The wood is allowed to dry to a low moisture level which helps prevent warping.

The flat roof is constructed in two layers, where the top layer is designed to slope backwards to form an integral gutter. This makes it very simple to set up a drainage system. The roof is manufactured using a rubber mat edges with aluminium strips to create a watertight finish. Designed using the unique 'Prima 3=1 system', the milled wall section fit into corner uprights eliminating the need for nails or screws. This creates an extremely stable construction that is easy to assemble.
