The Prima Rose is a pavilion style octagonal summerhouse from Lugarde.

This building is particularly suitable for a garden office with the additional options of double glazing and insulation.

Many people prefer to use decking or tiles as a floor therefore this building is supplied without flooring, please contact us for details and prices of optional extras.

Please Note:  These buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed.  We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints.  A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
