The Prima Josephine is a pavilion style octagonal summerhouse from Lugarde.

This building is particularly suitable for a garden office with the additional options of double glazing and insulation.

A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
