The Lugarde Fifth Avenue summerhouse office measures 11'8x11'8 (3.6x3.6m) has a pentagonal shape, perfect for a corner of your garden. This building includes a 19mm T&G floor and features two double glazed casement windows and one double door. The summerhouse also comes with floor and roof insulation, both kits are incorporated into the building during installation and do not interfere with the natural log walls or open pyramid roof. All these aspects makes the building ideal for use as a home office. We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on, this base needs to be completely level.
