The Geneva Log Cabin from Lugarde measures an overall 3m by 6m deep (9'8x19'6) with a 3m Square Veranda to the side. The Cabin and veranda combines to make an 'L' shaped building ideal for entertaining, shelter or storage. The large interior is split into to separate rooms connected by a solid two panel single door. Both Rooms have external access through the fully glazed double doors. Casement and fixed windows scatter light throughout the building and even into the sheltered canopy. All window and door units are double glazed as standard.

The Geneva is a generous Lugarde Cabin ideal for outdoor living with its substantial veranda. The building can also be easily upgraded to a 68mm walls thickness, roof and floor insulation can be added extending the possibilities of its year round use, throughout the seasons. This striking building is an example from Lugardes standard range however each building is produced to order and can therefore be tailored to your own specific requirements.

• Lugarde are dedicated to choosing high-quality raw materials. They select Premium Northern European Pine from ecologically managed forests as the foundation for all there Log Cabins and accessories. The timbers are kiln dried to ensure a moisture content of approximately 12 to 14% which  reduces the natural movement, resulting in less cracks and warping. Both 44mm and the 68mm logs have the advantage of wind and rain resistant chalet milling corners with the 68mm thickness benefiting from a double tongue and groove profile.
• A huge variety of Windows and door styles all fitted with solid hinges and locks. Doors are made from laminated wood strengthening the timbers against warping and are also fitted with aluminium threshold cover. On Double Glazed windows and doors full rubber seals exclude draughts whilst the windows come with adjustable hinges.
• Delivery takes place on Lugardes own fleet of Artic lorries. Approximate delivery weeks are given shortly after ordering with a delivery day and time (am or pm) is confirmed by phone and email the week before. Lugardes experienced drivers off-load the palletised buildings and will deliver roadside at your property. 
• 5 Year warranty on manufacturing and construction faults.

Please note deliveries of these log cabins are on an articulated lorry which can be 40 foot long. Delivery is to kerb-side which means either to your front drive or front grass. The pallets will be off loaded and left in this location. Please advise us before placing your order if you foresee any access restrictions for this type of vehicle as there may be additional costs involved.
