What can I say? A slightly upset customer, and what do you do. Pull one out of the hat. Weirdly I interact with the press a fair amount, own a couple of PR agencies etc... It was one of those things that happens, mistakes etc. and was going to ignore it. But you have gone above and beyond. I will try to mention both of your organizations at my next opportunity which I think is next week if I'm not mistaken, and let's hope you can both get some good PR for your good Customer Service
