I received an e-mail from Mandy Grace yesterday providing all the information I had been requesting and a phone call today from Che telling me when I can expect delivery and installation. The service I have had from both girls is nothing short of excellent and I thank them and yourself for your efforts. Incidentally I have an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service.
