The Lawnhouse 5'x8'
The Lawnhouse features fully glazed joinery made double doors with antique style hinges, 3 lever lock and handle. The building has two fixed windows to the front. Optional extras include a verandah, factory spray paint or additional windows.
The building is made with redwood tongue and groove and comes with quality green mineral felt on the roof.

Verandah
Adding a verandah allows you to have added extra space, you can use it as an extra seating area to relax and enjoy the sun. You can use it for placing plants or an area to hang some hanging baskets and enjoy the beauty of the garden throughout the years to come.
Lining
By purchasing a bitumen paper waterproof membrane lining, which is fitted between the framing and cladding whilst the walls are being manufactured helps to act as a damp proof membrane. This impervious layer ensures that the inside of your building is drier and is ideal if you want to insulate and board your building.
Floor Bearers
We recommend that you use bearers to protect the most vulnerable part of any garden building, the floor. The bearers 3"x3" (75mmx75mm) timber tanalised posts, guaranteed against rot for 15 years. They completely raise the building of the floor completely allowing the air to circulate underneath to prevent any damp from entering the building from the floor.

Note: All building fascia’s are supplied flat, if a scalloped fascia is required please select it from the options drop-down list below. We are currently awaiting new images from the manufacturer.
We strongly advise against combining paint with the tanalisation treatment. If both of these treatments are applied the paint will shrink over time and will need re-applying.
