Is it getting easier?

Shed, Summerhouse and Log Cabin availability is still an issue for the majority of products in the garden buildings range and we are still encouraging customers to call so we can check with the relevant workshop or distributor before processing orders.

This in itself has created its own issues for us being a small team we are being overwhelmed with email enquiries and struggling to keep up with the phone calls. Please be assured we are doing our best and are working days now start at 6.30am where we come over to the garden centre feed the animals and water the plants, try and catch up with a few emails before the phone starts ringing, we are then working into the evening processing orders still catching up with email enquiries and lastly checking the animals and watering before we head home for tea around 9pm

We are only answering the phones between 9am and 5pm but there is an answering machine we will try and call back as soon as possible.
