Had the replacement shed installed today.

The quality is totally different and a lot better than the other one. The door is wider and finished better and the panels are also better. I've even got a proper door lock free of charge.  The 2 guys were very friendly and were a credit to your company.

Dear Sir, I would like to say how pleased we are with our new Dandf Georgian summerhouse that has now been erected. It was purchased through Langhale/Taylors where Mandy was very helpful, answering all our concerns quickly and efficiently. Craig & Phil who erected the summerhouse , together with other all the other members of Dandf staff were also a pleasure to do business with. We did have a couple of items missing from our delivery but these have now been delivered and fitted by your staff with the same helpful attitude to complete the job correctly. There is just one point we would like to mention. When the summerhouse was delivered we could not understand why there was a roll of roofing felt, until the fitters arrived. We were absolutely delighted to find out that we had a double timber roof sandwiched with the roofing felt - what an excellent feature. We could not find any mention of this in your brochure, and had no idea that this was the type of sound roof we would be getting. We believe you are missing out by not stating this in your brochure. At least we could not find this feature mentioned, nor could it be appreciated at any show-site as it is disguised and looks like one layer of timber roof. Thank you for an excellent product and service.

What can I say? A slightly upset customer, and what do you do. Pull one out of the hat. Weirdly I interact with the press a fair amount, own a couple of PR agencies etc... It was one of those things that happens, mistakes etc. and was going to ignore it. But you have gone above and beyond. I will try to mention both of your organizations at my next opportunity which I think is next week if I'm not mistaken, and let's hope you can both get some good PR for your good Customer Service.

The log cabin is now up and water tight and I would like to say how pleased we are with it. The quality is excellent and we had no problems putting it up. Made a couple of mistakes as the instructions were in Dutch English, but all in all it was very easy.
I would also like to thank you very much for all your and Ché's help with the plans and elevations, sorting out the amended order, and your very very helpful advice. The service you gave was better than first class and I have been recommending you to various friends and the local sailing club, all who are considering Lugarde cabins.
In this day and age, where poor service is the norm, I really do congratulate you on providing us with an excellent product with first class service back-up, all at a very reasonable cost. We are absolutely delighted!
In the end the planning authority conceded that we didn't need Planning Permission, and I am hoping that the internal works will be completed by the end of March.

Our Yardsaver shed is excellent. it looks very nice, has a high quality feel to it and smells nice too! The first attempt to deliver it happened whilst we were away, last Friday (as predicted!). It was then redelivered on Monday.
It was quite easy to erect - made a lot easier by the screws being part-drilled in the relevant places and by the very accurate and good quality joinery work that had been done to enable it to all to slot together. The labelling of the sections and brief instructions were also very useful. It certainly takes two fairly strong people to erect the shed. The roof is the main challenge as it has to be lifted so high - and it's not light. Despite this, it was about 2 hours work to put it up.
I will take some digital pictures of the shed when the sun comes out again - haven't seen it for a while in Oxford - and will forward them to you by e-mail.

I have recently purchased the Ferndale EP64 metal shed from yourselves and I just want to let you know how pleased we both are with the product. The confirmation letter which gave comprehensive details of base size and other dimensions was extremely helpful. The goods arrived as planned and nothing was to much trouble for the driver who placed the package round the back of the house which from the front of the house was no mean feat! Just to say sorry that you were "pestered" by my family regarding the delivery date of the above mentioned order.
The Pent shed was delivered last Thursday to my son's address in London and was erected (well most of it) the same day.  It has been treated with Sky Blue preserving paint and I am told it looks very good.    It rests at the top of a walled London garden, with ivy to the rear and a pear tree loaded with fruit to part of the front - a lucky little shed !!!!!!!
My son and family went on holiday to Spain today, hence the urgency to have it delivered before last week-end.   Many thanks for your help and patience.

Thank you for the 9x9 shed that arrived safely.  You may be pleased to know that I have successfully erected  it! The design is such that one is able to construct it without any  help. It is a splendid deal. Thank you again.  However, there is a slight niggle! The supplier omitted three Cover Strips (Felt @ Eaves) Width 30, Length 1462 and Depth 12. I received ONE only! Can this be rectified?   Plenty of screws etc. were included but they were a bit tight with the 40 mm nails. (Not such a problem!) If you can help. You will make one happy chappy!  Whatever you decide, thanks for listening.

Further to my order for two Treetops buildings. I have now erected both - after modifying the Apex SD 9x6 and utilising the extra opening lights to use as a summerhouse.
After spending a busy summer building and relaxing, the buildings are first class and of good quality, many a happy hour to be spent in a Treetop!!

I just thought I would drop you a line to say thank you so much for the greenhouse. We finally got around to erecting it at the weekend after what seemed like an age since it was delivered. It was quite easy to put up even though you needed a maths degree to work out the instructions but isn't everything you put up like that?
