If you’re looking for a unique and large space that will allow you to grow a variety of plants and vegetables, then you will love this 8ft x 8ft Tongue and Groove Combi Greenhouse and Wooden Shed. Combining a storage pent shed with a lean-to greenhouse, you get the best of both worlds, meaning you can store all your gardening equipment in the shed, and then all your plants potting benches in the greenhouse.
This high quality garden building has been made in the UK, using FSC certified timber. The walls of this combi building are constructed from shiplap tongue and groove cladding, the interlocking nature creates a tight bond that will keep water out, these panels are supported by thick interior framing for additional strength and support. The floor and roof are also made from tongue and groove cladding, this is ideal for storing heavier gardening equipment and tools. The shed is supplied with quality roof felt to protect against weather damage and a pad bolt is included with the braced single door to keep your items secure.
The single glazed door to the greenhouse features a lock and key door handle and an opening roof vent for ventilation. The shatterproof styrene glazing allows natural light to filter in to provide a warm, sunny environment for your plants to grow. As with all our garden buildings this combi greenhouse and wooden shed comes complete with a ten year anti rot guarantee, you can spend many happy years pottering in your garden. Simply treat your building with a high quality preservative after installation and annually and your building and the guarantee will be good as gold.

Please note that for delivery the following is required; The address must be on a made up (tarmac road) A lorry must be able to park within 6 metres (20ft) of the property. For larger items the road must be at least two lorry widths wide and there must be enough room for a 25ft x 7.5ft lorry to be unloaded. There must be enough room on the road for lorry access.

I have been considering a greenhouse for a raised area in our garden for a while. I like the idea of the combi structure because the house would have to be quite close to a tree on the one side. I have plenty of sheds so I would want to build the unit without the dividing wall between the two sections. Would that be possible? Cheers.
Sep 18, 2023, 14:41Hello, I am sorry for not answering you before now but had to check what you are asking is possible and unfortunately it is not possible with this design as the internal wall forms part of the structure that the greenhouse section is attached to.

Returns Faulty Goods
All goods supplied are newly constructed for sale and as such are manufactured to match the specifications shown within the product literature.
From time to time we do sell stock clearance and ex display lines, these items are clearly marked as such and this should be taken into consideration prior to ordering.
If the product is damaged or broken on arrival you can return the goods for the supply of a merchantable replacement, or a full refund if appropriate. It is imperative that if any part of your order is damaged then a photo should be taken of the product in situ e.g. for log cabins the damaged part must remain on the pallet.
Damage should be reported within 5 working days of delivery and we may request photographic evidence of the condition of the damage or faulty item, you should not attempt to fit or modify the product in anyway and must retain the original packaging.
In the case of larger products such as sheds, log cabins etc we will arrange with the manufacturer to collect the goods. For our smaller items it may be necessary for The customer to return them to the manufacturer by post.
It is the responsibility of the customer to retain possession and take reasonable care of the goods until they have been returned to the possession of; The Company, the manufacturer or their appointed carriers. We cannot accept back for a full refund any item which has been assembled or modified in any way.
If on return the product is found to be be of merchantable quality, complete and as described for sale, any return charge will apply and will be deducted from the order monies held at cost.
Reimbursement of rejected goods, less any charges defined above, will be made to the customer as soon as possible and certainly within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of return.
Where goods are returned by agreement, the Buyer shall (in every case) state the order number, date and reason for return and agrees to pay such reasonable restocking charge as may be determined by The Company from time to time and made known to the Buyer.
Returns Cancelled Orders
In line with The Distance Selling Regulations, and the SafeBuy Code of Practice 'The Customer' shall have a period of 14 working days after the date of delivery within which time they may cancel their order for a product with the exception of goods that have been made to The Customers own specification.
Cancellations should be sent by email, by telephone or by registered post to 'The Company' trading address, quoting the order reference given when the order was placed.
In the case of larger products such as sheds, log cabins etc we will arrange with the manufacturer to collect the goods. For our smaller items it may be necessary for the customer to return them to the manufacturer by post.
