 Lifetime Plastic sheds FAQ's
Article Lifetime Plastic Sheds

Question: Would it be possible to use and fit out as a utility room - washer, drier & storage?.
Would we be able to cut a hole for plumbing, ducting etc in the side?.
We are going to be  living at the coast and the  house is not
suitable to refit for utility room.

Answer: Plastic sheds do experience some condensation issues another article is available  for this.  It is  possible to cut a hole for ducting, plumbing etc due to the string framing.  In our opinion this would be possible under your questions but please be aware of the condensation issues found here: http://www.taylorsgardenbuildings.co.uk/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=14&nav=0

Q. Do I have to make a concrete or paving slab base to put this shed onto?

A. We always advise the base to be concrete or paving slabs but with the Sentinel and Lifetime Plastic sheds this isn't always necessary, as long as the ground is level and firm then you are able to place the shed directly on the ground.
