Beaufort 2.4m x 3.6m Self Build Garden Studio
The Beaufort Self build garden studio offers a stylish garden building suitable for a variety of uses. Its ideal for the larger garden, the Beaufort provides a relaxing garden retreat, office or studio. The building is made from a steel box frame and can be self built within 2-3 days, the interior surface is finished so there is no finishing required. The exterior is finished with pressure treated cladding with a unique interlocking wall system acting as a protective vapour barrier and also offers a guttering system and downpipe. This well structured garden studio has UPV doors and windows as standard, but you can upgrade to BI- folding doors.
This Beaufort is designed for quick and easy assembly, but still maintains the same look as a professional built studio, it has interlocking pannels, each individual pannel is finished with a plain white surface inside and cladding already fixed to the outside sandwiched by 90mm foam instulation and 9mm OSB boards for a quick, easy and effective installation process. The insulated structural steel roof system, is easy to install, with aluminium foam filled interlocking pannels fixed directly to the walls, the base of the studio is made up of a metal grid system which interlocks together, to give an effective, strong, sturdy base.

Recommendations:
- We recommend that you use a concrete base or concrete strips, gravel or shingles are suitable though they must be compact and level. It is imperative you have a flat, firm, level surface to build on otherwise the building will not fit together properly and will not last as long.
- The size of the building doesn't allow for the roof overhang, so you will need to leave a minimum space of 300mm (1ft) all the way round the building although 500mm is preferable.
- 10 Year Guarantee against material failure, corrosion and rot
- Hardwood doors, floors, floor covering, electrical instuallations, appliances, heaters, accessories, telecoms, networks and TV conncections are covered by a 3 year guarantee.
