The Dutch Barn Double Storey Playhouse 7' x 7' (2.23m x 2.12) is a fantastic wooden garden building built for children. The cladding on this building is 12mm tongue and groove shiplap over a sturdy 27mm x 45mm internal framework which combine to crerate a structure that conforms to EN71 European Toy Safety Standards.
The Dutch Barn Double Storey Playhouse comes with 6 fixed windows with cross motif , split stable doors and verandah. The roof and floor is constructed out of a sturdy solid sheet material and the playhouse is glazed throughout.

Delivery is included to mainland UK. There may be additional charges to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish highlands. Please be aware that delivery lead times may be extended by 7 days for these remote locations. Please note that product pictured has been dressed and painted for display purposes only. Please note that for delivery/installation items the following is required; The address must be on a made up (tarmac road) A lorry must be able to park within 6 metres (20ft) of the property. For larger items the road must be at least two lorry widths wide and there must be enough room for a 25ft x 7.5ft lorry to be unloaded. There must be enough room on the road for lorry access.
