The Dutch Barn Playhouse 7' x 7' (2.23m x 2.12m) is an attractive outdoor play area for children. It comes complete with 5 fixed glazed windows with cross motif and a single door. The roof and floor are a solid sheet construction and the cladding is 12mm tongue and groove shiplap. The internal framework is 27mm x 45mm which reinforces the sturdiness of this structure and helps it to conform to EN71 European Toy Standards.
The Dutch Barn Playhouse is finished off with decorative shutters on the side windows which further enhance its attractiveness and make for a desirable addition to any garden.

Delivery is included to mainland UK. There may be additional charges to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish highlands. Please be aware that delivery lead times may be extended by 7 days for these remote locations. Please note that product pictured has been dressed and painted for display purposes only. Please note that for delivery/installation items the following is required; The address must be on a made up (tarmac road) A lorry must be able to park within 6 metres (20ft) of the property. For larger items the road must be at least two lorry widths wide and there must be enough room for a 25ft x 7.5ft lorry to be unloaded. There must be enough room on the road for lorry access.
