Perfect for those experimental chefs, allowing the creation of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Finished with a chimney and featuring side shelf with back wall, especially useful if the oven is to be placed away from a supporting wall. The shelves, both to the side and below the oven are ideal for storing cooking accessories or simply for laying food out just before placement within the oven.
Functioning in the same way as a stand alone oven, the brick stand eliminates the need for a concrete or cement base and raises the oven to a comfortable working height. Not limited to Pizzas, use with meat, bread, vegetables and much more to create that unique smoky flavour associated with cooking over logs. In fact, this oven can cook almost everything you would cook using a conventional oven.
