The Florence Compact Leisure Log Cabin from Lugarde. A basic building with two living spaces providing a multi-roomed cabin with a good layout for a compact holiday log cabin or garden guest house. The Cabin measures an 4.0m Wide by 6.0m deep (13'1x16'4) which incorporates a small front porch for a sheltered entrance. This leisure log cabin comes with one double door and several opening windows, all fully double glazed. It can be manufactured in either a 44mm or 68mm thick wall log, Roof and floor insulation can be added extending the possibilities of its year round use, throughout each of the seasons.

Lugarde are dedicated to choosing high-quality raw materials. They select Premium Northern European Pine from ecologically managed forests as the foundation for all there Log Cabins and accessories. The timbers are kiln dried to ensure a moisture content of approximately 12 to 14% which reduces the natural movement, resulting in less cracks and warping. Both 44mm and the 68mm logs have the advantage of wind and rain resistant chalet milling corners with the 68mm thickness benefiting from a double tongue and groove profile.

A huge variety of Windows and door styles all fitted with solid hinges and locks. Doors are made from laminated wood strengthening the timbers against warping and are also fitted with aluminium threshold cover. On Double Glazed windows and doors full rubber seals exclude draughts whilst the windows come with adjustable hinges.

Delivery takes place on Lugarde's own fleet of Artic lorries. Approximate delivery weeks are given shortly after ordering with a delivery day and time (am or pm) is confirmed by phone and email the week before. Lugarde's experienced drivers off-load the palletised buildings and will deliver roadside at your property.

Please note deliveries of these log cabins are on an articulated lorry which can be 40 foot long. Delivery is to kerb-side which means either to your front drive or front grass. The pallets will be off loaded and left in this location. Please advise us before placing your order if you foresee any access restrictions for this type of vehicle as there may be additional costs involved.
