The Miami Garage and Garden Room Cabin from Lugarde measures an 7.5m by 8.0m (24'6x26'2). The interior comprises of a deep 4.0x8.0m Garage and a generous 3.5x4.0m Garden room. This dual purpose log cabin combines storage, leisure and outdoor living in the same unit because of it's internal wall and spacious integral canopy 3.5x4.0m.
The Miami Log Cabin comes in 44mm logs as standard however 68mm walls are also available as well as floor and roof insulation. This impressive building is an example from Lugardes standard range however every cabin is produced to order and can therefore be tailored to your own specific requirements.

Lugarde are dedicated to choosing high-quality raw materials. They select Premium Northern European Pine from ecologically managed forests as the foundation for all there Log Cabins and accessories. The timbers are kiln dried to ensure a moisture content of approximately 12 to 14% which reduces the natural movement, resulting in less cracks and warping. Both 44mm and the 68mm logs have the advantage of wind and rain resistant chalet milling corners with the 68mm thickness benefiting from a double tongue and groove profile.

Windows and doors are fitted with solid hinges and locks. Doors are made from laminated wood strengthening the timbers against warping and are also fitted with aluminium threshold cover. On Double Glazed windows and doors full rubber seals exclude draughts whilst the windows come with adjustable hinges.

Delivery takes place on Lugarde's own fleet of Artic lorries. Approximate delivery weeks are given shortly after ordering with a delivery day and time (am or pm) is confirmed by phone and email the week before. Lugarde's experienced drivers off-load the palletised buildings and will deliver roadside at your property.

Delivery Note: Delivery is FREE to most locations in the UK however there are additional charges for address further North than Leeds. Please contact us for prices before ordering.
Please note deliveries of these log cabins are on an articulated lorry which can be 40 foot long. Delivery is to kerb-side which means either to your front drive or front grass. The pallets will be off loaded and left in this location. Please advise us before placing your order if you foresee any access restrictions for this type of vehicle as there may be additional costs involved.
