Fully installed by Inhus expert fitters this building will deliver an instant solution to overcrowded homes, liberating that spare room which was only ever meant to be a temporary work space. The Inhus way is hassle free because everything has already been thought about and included. Useable all year round, no matter the weather, because of it's 28mm Double Glazed French doors and windows which are set into 103mm thick walls. These are made from high performance insulation sandwiched between vertically mounted Cedar cladding and interior wipe clean cream walls. 70mm roof insulation is enclosed with the same melamine faced MDF and is topped with a one piece synthetic rubber roof sheet which keeps your building leak free with no maintenance, Firestone the manufacturer guarantee this EDMP to be leak free for up to 25 years.
The quality and thought extends inside of the studio, unlike other manufacturers they include all the fixtures and fittings you require to start using the studio straight away. Six ceiling flush mounted down lighters, Three ceiling roses, Six Double sockets, Two Telephone sockets, Two Networks sockets, One way consumer unit, a Kitchen double socket and even a battery operated smoke alarm. Floor coverings are also supplied as standard with a choice from twelve different carpets and laminates.
The clean lines and contemporary looks are a hit with customers who prefer modern styling. The Office has been finished with Western Red Cedar which possess a natural resistance to decay. Its unusual texture and warm rich colour can be maintained with intermittent oiling or if left untreated the wood will fade into a natural silver finish blending further into its surroundings.
