Inhus Cedar Garden Studio 3.8 x 3.2m
Inhus have made every effort to produce a high quality insulated office for the garden with all the necessary components to make it a year round useable space. The clean lines and contemporary looks are a hit with customers who prefer modern styling. This Studio has been clad with Western Red Cedar which possess a natural resistance to decay. It is one of the most durable coniferous species and can be relied upon to give long and trouble free service under most conditions. Its warm rich colour can be maintained with intermittent oiling or if left untreated the wood will fade into a natural silver finish blending into its surroundings.
Inhus produce Garden Studio which are truly useable all year round, no matter the weather. 28mm Double Glazed French doors and windows have been set into 103mm thick walls. These are made from high performance insulation sandwiched between vertically mounted Cedar cladding and the interior wipe clean cream walls. 70mm roof insulation is enclosed with the same melamine faced MDF and is topped with a one piece synthetic rubber roof sheet which keeps your building leak free with no maintenance, Firestone the manufacturer guarantee this EDMP to be leak free for up to 25 years.
The quality and thought does not stop at the exterior, Inhus have dedicated as much consideration to the inside of their cedar studios, unlike other manufacturers they include all the fixtures and fittings you require to start using the studio straight away. Six ceiling flush mounted down lighters, Three ceiling roses, Six Double sockets, Two Telephone sockets, Two Networks sockets, One way consumer unit, a Kitchen double socket and even a battery operated smoke alarm. Floor coverings are also supplied as standard with a choice from twelve different carpets and laminates.
It's easy to say this Cedar Clad Summerhouse could be utilized as a Garden Offices, a Home art Studio or a Smart TV den to export the children out to, no matter the weather! It is even fully installed by the Inhus expert fitters providing an instant hassle free way to increase your space at home, 12 square metres of uninterrupted living, working or relaxing space.
