Inhus Cedar Clad Studio 3.2 x 2.4m (10'4"x7'8") Inhus have made every effort to produce a high quality insulated garden room which has all the necessary components to make it a year round useable space. High styled for customers who prefer modern clean lines and contemporary looks.
This Studio has been clad with Western Red Cedar, highly desirable because of its warm rich colour and natural resistance to decay. It is one of the most durable coniferous species and can be relied upon to give long and trouble free service under most conditions. Inhus produce garden Studio which are truly useable throughout the seasons. French doors and windows are manufactured from maintenance free Rosewood PVC double glazed units and are set into 103mm (4") thick walls. These are made from high performance insulation sandwiched between vertically mounted Cedar cladding and the interior cream, wipe clean walls. 70mm (2.8") roof insulation is enclosed with the same melamine faced MDF and is topped with a Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), a one piece synthetic rubber roof sheet which keeps your building leak free with no maintenance. The quality and thought does not stop at the exterior, Inhus have dedicated as much consideration to the inside of their cedar studios, unlike other manufacturers they include all the fittings and fixtures you require to start using the studio straight away.
Six ceiling flush mounted down lighters, Three ceiling roses, Six Double sockets, Two Telephone sockets, Two Networks sockets, One way consumer unit, a Kitchen double socket and even a battery operated smoke alarm. Floor coverings are also supplied as standard with a choice from twelve different carpets and laminates.
It's easy to say this Cedar Clad Summerhouse could be utilized as a Garden Offices, a Home art Studio or a Smart TV den to export the children out to, no matter the weather! It is even fully installed by the Inhus expert fitters providing an instant hassle free way to increase your space at home, 7.68 square metres (25'2" sq.) of uninterrupted living, working or relaxing space. A contemporary statement which also blends with the garden environment.
