Decking Wood Stain
Enriching Formula for Timber Decks Protek Decking Stain has been specially formulated to give all types of external timber decks an enriching colour that is durable. Once applied Protek Decking Stain leaves behind a hard surface that can withstand everyday foot traffic. It is a water-based acrylic solution which creates a non-oily finish that can be applied to a variety of items. This waterproofing stain can also be used to colour and protect hardwood and softwood garden furniture, summerhouses etc. Ideal for Decking, Balustrades, Garden Furniture, Summerhouses, etc.
This first grade formulation leaves a hard and flexible micro porous film that is very durable. It has been especially formulated to leave a hardwearing surface that is peel and crack resistant and protects the timber from wet conditions.

Advice: Coverage per 2.5 litres is approximately 20m2, this applies to the first coat only and can vary according to the surface. A second coat will require a lesser amount. It is recommended that two coats are applied, when more coats area added this will further enhance the colour and hard wearing layer and a sheen may appear. Before applying the product you must ensure that all surfaces to be treated are clean, dry and free of mud, ice and bark.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION: this item is delivered by a parcel carrier who cannot leave goods without a signature unless special instructions are given at the time of order eg. if no-one in, please leave with neighbour, please leave by back door, please leave in garden shed etc. The carrier will not be able to specify a particular date or time for delivery so it is always wise to give alternative instructions if no-one is in to sign for the delivery.
