The semi open and fully open wall can be delivered with a frame as shown in the picture. There is no surcharge for closed walls instead of semi-open walls. Please Note: These buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed. We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
