A pentagonal summerhouse in the "Fifth Avenue" style from Lugarde particularly suitable as a garden office with the additional option of insulation. Many people prefer to use decking or tiles as a floor therefore this building is supplied without flooring, this is available as an option. Please Note: These
buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed. We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
