This range of purpose built home offices comes complete with installation by Henley Office's own team of trained fitters who can install the office in just one day.  The office can just as easily be taken down again and re-erected by Henley's fitters if you move house!  These quality garden offices come in a variety of colours, sizes and styles - the majority of which comes complete with a choice of carpet.  All the Henley offices are fully insulated and have a 5 year guarantee.  These offices have been built to the highest specifications and have a mains ready consumer unit, electrical sockets and lighting already installed.  Options include a choice of window and door blinds in various colours and a fitted desk and storage system in two wood effects.  We currently have the Henley HomeSpace Orwell garden office on display fully fitted with optional accessories at our show site near Norwich.

Enterprise Vinyl Clad Home Office

This unique purpose built garden office is manufactured with plastic cladding to be virtually maintenance free.  The Enterprise Garden Office is insulated and double glazed with uPVC double doors, a large opening window and three trickle vents.  Internally the Enterprise Garden Office is finished with a warm coloured vinyl coated plywood, this is plywood with vinyl wallpaper bonded to it, the same as you get in the latest holiday homes. 

Features include:

• The wall panels, at 100mm thick are built from a solid sandwich structure utilising 70mm thick framework, and are internally fixed, unique vinyl cladding with an expected life expectancy of 50 years.
• 120mm thick polymer coated steel composite insulated roofing system, expected life expectancy of 40 years
• Vinyl coated plywood internal finish
• Floor, wall and roof insulation
• All trims are uPVC, no exposed wood at all
• uPVC and double glazed double doors and opening window
• Double door has 8 point locking system and uses 6 pin Euro cylinder barrel
• Opening uPVC window has 2 point mushroom headed espagnolette locking system, with a night vent facility on the keeps.  The window also has positively locating stainless steel friction stay hinges.
• Hollow plastic skirting conduit and mini conduit around walls to allow for electrics, telephone, heating etc

• This type of building is classified as “Permitted Development” and usually should not require Planning Permission although a telephone call to your local planning office is recommended to confirm.
