We are extremely proud to have been accredited with the
internationally recognised BS EN ISO9001:2000 for the manufacture and
supply of garden buildings including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins and are
proud to display the logo on our vehicles and the Queens Crown on our
stationary, signs and website as a highly recognised symbol of quality and
customer service.
We started on the road to this system of management in 2004 and
were finally approved in 2007 (We found it very hard to get!) to
ensure we are giving our best possible service. We chose to do this to
ensure we were running to current best practices and because this standard is
focused very heavily on meeting the needs and service requirements of customers.
In order to maintain our accreditation we are audited every 3 months by an
external consultant to ensure we are maintaining and where possible improving on
our obligations under the standard. Yearly we are revisited and a full and
thorough audit is carried out to re-accredit us.
Of course this doesn't mean we don't make mistakes (and we do!) but we have
systems in place to stop them happening where possible, and if they do, we stop
them happening again. This means a full staff monthly meeting to review
our procedures, standards and suppliers all backed up against the standards.
We hope our customers can gain
confidence that because we operate under these standards they expect and will
receive a high level of
service and a quality product both from our approved suppliers list and
ourselves.
Being one of only a handful of companies in our sector to have
this accreditation this really does set us apart from the rest both online and
